My experience was not good, unfortunately. I bought nine rolls of wallpaper for my daughter's room through the website, my order of service was # 200009969 on July 30 amounting to € 284.73 already... I bought nine rolls of wallpaper for my daughter's room through the website, my order of service was # 200009969 on July 30 amounting to € 284.73 already with delivery rates here in Brazil. When the goods arrived here they told me that I should pay the amount of approximately € 490.00 to receive. When I went to check in addition to the fees that I was not expecting the paper supplier did not put in the invoice the value of the freight, which was calculated here in the amount of $ 342.00 further burdening the value of the purchase. I requested the reimbursement of this amount of freight charged improperly ($ 342.00) and so far I have had no return. I am very disappointed and I'm waiting for a brief solution because I'm already having a lot of problems because of the lack of paper in the room

I was not in when the delivery arrived and was away for a few days, so it was left on the step. No one tried to contact me for alternative option. Thankfully it wasn't raining. I think a txt to... The wallpaper is beautiful - we are very happy with it. We received the tool kit as well, however, it would have been great if the paste could also have been shipped as we now have to find the... We received the tool kit as well, however, it would have been great if the paste could also have been shipped as we now have to find the right paste to do the wallpapering. The shipment came from the Netherlands, but was destined to Canada - would have expected the instructions to come in "English" or "French" not "Dutch". It was great to see that the product was shipped in a box to avoid any damage - product is pretty expensive and this also avoids a return shipment. Delivery was very fast.
