Received confirmation email and link to track the order via their website which was very reassuring.

The item was delivered to my address in the UK via DPD who provide the ability to track your delivery on line. The item was delivered on the day they said it would be and within a one hour window allocated by DPD. Excellent service and can only commend DPD for providing a reliable delivery supply chain which delivered on time.

Order status and tracking info provided via the Obelink website was very reassuring, plus links to DPD parcel delivery tracker improved my confidence even further, excellent.

During the ordering process I contacted Obelink with a query via my personal email and received a prompt reply and an answer to my question.

Following my order being delivered, I received a questionnaire via email for me to provide comments and any improvements I may have. This speaks volumes that Obelink take Customer Service seriously. Throughout the whole process I have been entirely satisfied by the product and especially the smoothness of the ordering and delivery service. Excellent experience and I would rate Obelink ten out of ten for satisfaction.

Cracking piece of kit. Although the sliders on the guy ropes are a little stiff, and the guy lines really need to be a little longer to make the strain a little less, it's hardly a deal breaker for... Very versatile, works very well in diamond or V set up. So great as a free-standing tarp as well. We found some extra poles under a few of the corners made a huge difference to the clearance underneath (i'm 185cm)

Although not used yet, the quality of the canopy was checked and found to be very good. Packaging was a bit loose inside the box but no damage to actual contents. Yes I would be happy to use...
