I bought a caravan weight checker whic came within a few days BUT when I opened the box I found an old second hand scuffed and dirty weight checker in an old box with no instructions. I emailed them to inform them of what arrived and got an email back asking me to return good quality pictures of at least 2MB. But the best part of the customer service here is what they said next! The pictures they wanted me to send were of "THE BROKEN PIECES" so as there were no broken pieces and I had clearly told them that it was a well used dirty second hand item I had received I knew I was dealing with someone that either did not care in the slightest or maybe worse still could not understand English. I still have the dirty scraped second hand weight checker that I paid full price for and it is also the wrong model which only weighs one wheel instead of the one that can add up all the individual weights. There was not an option for zero stars so had to give them 1 star.

Thank you very much for sending the tent we ordered so quickly it come the day before we went away so just in time it was easy to put up and we are using it as a store tent while we are camping in...
