Back in mid September I visited the boutique (I am from Canada) and was helped by Rick who took the time to take me around and help me choose a pen, a Galen Leather product and a pad of paper. Faat forward to FPD, I contacted Rick on Instagram to let him know that a friend of one would be going there that weekend and if he could secure me a Kaweco AL Sport Blue Lagoon. He told me to other it on line and would get it ready for me. As promised my pen was ready for pick up by my friend.
I definitely recommend the store as their staff is so friendly and helpful plus, the store is beautiful. :)
