When I returned to Canada, I had ordered online in 2018 and then again most recently last week. In Winnipeg, Canada, it is very difficult to find Lamy pens, refills, etc. and I found this online shop easy to use and mobile friendly. Given my good experience in-person, I will continue to purchase via online.

I took a chance and ordered a Filofax Mini Balmoral. It’s not made anymore and is fairly hard to find. Once I placed the order, it was handled and shipped immediately! I’m in the US and received it in 11 business days which I think is fast. I would definitely order from this company again and recommend them!
