I have also found many rare finds with them. They always make sure that everything is perfect. It is very easy to communicate with them and they always provide me with all of the information I request. I would say that almost every store in the fountain pen community have been great, but the service here is truly exceptional. I am located in Canada, so I truly have to trust the people that I am dealing with being so far away and they have never disappointed me !

My order was processed and delivered very quickly over Easter holiday period. The items were very well packed and the delivery service (DHL) was excellent.
