Only thing which cost some time was information about a single versus a double container, and that the customs clearance paper where sent by post a couple of days after the car already arrived which... The only critical moment in the whole process was when you asked me if I knew where the original title was since the LA agent supposingly couldn't find it, at a time when we had already delivered... Since the loss of the title would have been a mayor issue, this was a little disconcerting.
I suggest, before bothering the client, you should double-, or triple-check internally ;-)
In the end everything turn out perfectly well and the overall experience is absolutely positive.
