I purchased a few different items and I love the website. The informational articles and videos, the helpful information/tips on each product are fantastic and a huge reason I have switched from competitors (Kirby Allison) to you guys. I would say almost everything about you guys is fantastic, except delivery speed. I really think it needs to be addressed.

Amazing - very well made website, full of helpful materials. I appreciated the email with links to guides for show shining. The ordering process end to end was very well done. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I even bought some extra products because I wasn't sure which colour would be closest thinking I would return the ones that didn't match but I ended up keeping them all for future use.

I came with a pretty different question as it was regarding restoring a handbag, and after sending pictures to their no. On WhatsApp, they helped me pick the right products for my bag. They responded kindly and swiftly, which I appreciated a lot! The products came very quickly and worked extremely well, I am very pleased with the customer service as well as the products and will definitely continue shopping here in the future because of it!
