I bought the "Shoe Care Set - Plus". Unfortunately, the included shoe brush "Shine brush, 100% horsehair (dark bristles with black color)" is an absolute disaster. From the outside it looks very... I bought the "Shoe Care Set - Plus". Unfortunately, the included shoe brush "Shine brush, 100% horsehair (dark bristles with black color)" is an absolute disaster. From the outside it looks very high quality with the beautiful dark wood. But it is by far the most horrible brush in my life. Not just 3 or 4 hairs came loose while brushing, but hundreds! The hairs then stuck to the shoe polish on my shoes, and my floor was covered in these black hairs. This was very disgusting and thoroughly ruined my "cleaning experience" with the otherwise good products.

Thank you for your feedback. We find it unfortunate you received a shoe shine brush that is showing a production error. A new brush usually sheds some hair in the beginning, but within reason of course. Unfortunately, from time to time there is a bad apple in between the bunch that sheds more hair than normal. If you would like we can replace the brush free of charge with one that does not have this issue. If you would like that please send us an email.
