I am really surprised with the service system of store in Museum and online! I love art of Van Gogh, and museum, which is the part of the reason that I visiting researched in Amsterdam. While my... I am really surprised with the service system of store in Museum and online! I love art of Van Gogh, and museum, which is the part of the reason that I visiting researched in Amsterdam. While my experience of buy a pair of fine earrings is quite difficult and weired. Though it is clearly marked on the website that the earrings is available at museum store, while the staff there told me that they dont have them and which are only sold online. And the discount of online system apparently not work. Then I contacted by online system for help, but not getting reply even till now. Just check online a few days late, the discount is ended. I just cant understand the shopping system in such low quality, while within the world known respected museum!

The store system shoud be honest, keep the real information either online and in muesum, besides, be sooner reflect to customers.

Delivery of the order took longer than anticipated. Eventually an email was sent (from the company) which explained failure in a new computer system.

It is difficult to offer suggestions since it can’t be determined whether it is lack of procedure or system failure. That being said, it would have been nice to receive an acknowledgment of order.... An acknowledgment was not received until a request for tracking was sent to the company.

It wasn't a pleasant experience for me.
The internet had some issues, I never received the shipping updates and teaching number, and the customer service isn't responding fast.

The internet had some issues, I never received the shipping updates and teaching number, and the customer service isn't responding fast.

I ordered the package for a birthday present, but I didn't get a tracking number, I can't check what's latest update from the delivery driver, I missed it and didn't get any letter or notification to ask me to pick up the package in a pick up store, so I couldn't give the birthday present on time. :(

Please fix the website and send the tracking update to customers

I bought 2 watches and never received them. You sent me an email saying they were delayed because your printer was broken - for the shipping labels.

It was very easy to find the product that I wanted to buy. And, fortunately, I had the opportunity to buy it, because I was very regret that I hadn’t bought that when I visited the Museum
