I’m not surprised that a service offered from a museum associated with the name of the all times phenomenon painter wouldn’t be less than a world class service.

You made me happy ? I’ll make sure I’ll tell all my Van Gogh enthusiast friends know my experience with the Museum shop ?

Just one note if its possible to make available more of the master pieces canvases available such as : (The Starry Night, The potato eaters, Road with Cypress and Star, Café Terrace at Night)

I was deeply disappointed with 2 of the 3 products I ordered: 2 pairs of reading glasses. I bought my first Van Gogh glasses 5 years ago during a visit to the Museum in Amsterdam and LOVED them so... I was deeply disappointed with 2 of the 3 products I ordered: 2 pairs of reading glasses. I bought my first Van Gogh glasses 5 years ago during a visit to the Museum in Amsterdam and LOVED them so much, I bought more 2.5 years ago. LOVED those too. This time I found (1) the shape of the glasses has changed (larger lenses), (2) the color of the yellow glasses was not the same as in the online catalog, and (3) the glasses are very tight to the point of giving me a headache when I wear them. It seems the glasses are made by a different manufacturer that is not up to the standard of the original.
I wrote to the company and received a polite apology and a nice offer for a 10% discount on future purchases. I am not going to be buying anything from there again; I'm so sad the Van Gogh reading glasses have changed.

I ordered several items and was really happy to see the way they were packed: securely, and in a clever way where no space was wasted. Quite often when you order something online, the package is... I ordered several items and was really happy to see the way they were packed: securely, and in a clever way where no space was wasted. Quite often when you order something online, the package is unnecessarily large and/or items are packed separately. Sometimes even sent in several batches. None of that rigmarole here.
