The frame looks beautiful! The package arrived soaking wet, but still the product inside was intact. Only thing I’d complain is that the package was stuck with DHL in Europe for over a week.

Improvements or suggestions

No complaints. All my issues are DHL related.

We ordered two, now 3 of the same Van Gogh 3D Wallpaper Almond Blossom, and the first two were no where close in color. We had to order the 3rd in hopes that it matches one of the first two orders... We had to order the 3rd in hopes that it matches one of the first two orders we placed so that we can join the wallcoverings together for a wall that is longer in length than what the wallpaper is offered.

Disappointed. I Placed my order for the painting replica on 5/2 and DHL picked it up on 5/5. It is already the 15th and I still don't have it. It supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my wife... Disappointed. I Placed my order for the painting replica on 5/2 and DHL picked it up on 5/5. It is already the 15th and I still don't have it. It supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my wife so I have it shipped to my workplace but now I do not know when I will get it. I contacted DHL but could not give me an estimated delivery date. My wife and I will be out of the country next week to celebrate her birthday and I won't be back to work until the 24th. The 191 euro for shipping fee is not worth it due to the long delay. I hope the painting replica is not damage or does not have any issues when we finally get it. I wanted to send this review after we get the item so I could review the product but I am so disappointed and could not wait.

I have not open the package yet they are a gift for my daughters graduation I think she’ll be excited when she sees where they came from tried to buy those at the Detroit Institute of Art but they... The only thing that I' d like to suggest is lower transport fees. I guess your organization could conclude a special agreement with DHL.
