since I was shipping to the U.S., the place where I put in my address was a little confusing. Maybe the format can change based on the country it is shipping to.

to add line "Buyer's telephone number" in the purchase form, because when delivery company doesn't have contact with customer it casues problems with delivery

Not necessarily to improve your service, but maybe you can add a thank you card in the box if it fits your budget. It would be a nice experience when you open the box and there's a thank you card. :D
