It was a pleasure to receive the almond blossom box and the thank you movie, despite the difficult time of COVID-19. I'm looking forward to receiving canvas almond blossoms.

It was really good,
I really liked the box of DHL with Almond blossom detail all around the box, it is like a gift for me.

In May my daughter ordered a package and the information send it was with the commercial invoice,

Now, it was not send to DHL with the commercial invoice, and DHL was asking me for that, through the customer service someone helped me with the requirement but next time is better if you send it from the first time for email to DHL.
I have tried to order more staff, but was not in stock.
Beddinghouse in their webpage in the Van Gogh Collection has a lot of alternatives for duvets, pillows case, etc .
maybe try to increase the offer of products in the vangoghmuseumshop.com because for overseas is difficult to buy in beddinghouse.com ( just send to some countries and work with companies)

We loved visiting a few years ago, and now with COVID, we miss traveling. So nice to be able to order a piece to enjoy at home. The free shipping offer was so generous and much appreciated. I’ve never had that before and it made me feel special. Thank you. So glad to support the museum.

I’m looking forward to receiving it. Received a message from DHL that it would arrive yesterday. Went to extreme lengths to make sure someone was home, left notes on the door for the driver. The day came and went with no delivery, and in the evening I received an email from DHL that I thought was spam, because it said “Dear -;” with no name, asking me for my name, phone number, and contents of the package before customs would release the package. So I took a chance and filled it out. Then I received an email from DHL this morning confirming customs release, and telling me it may arrive Tuesday. Still excited, but thought DHL could have confirmed all of this sooner when shipped.

Just the delivery wasn't in my address, it was in the neighbor house, I know is some kind of difficult to find an address when is an inside address but the number is pretty clear just they didn't...
