I was supposed to receive a mail when my products were shipped but I never got it so my packages were delivered when I was not expecting them and ended up being sent to a neighbor.

Need to improve information regarding DHL fee when shipping outside the Netherlands.
Could revise which shipping supplier to use as the conditions given by DHL seem unreasonable.
