I was very impressed on how quickly the order was filled and delivered. The products i purchased were exactly as advertised. I would buy from the Museum again in a heart beat. Very satisfied.

I ordered a specific item (a tea/coffee mug) after hours of searching the web. I had seen similar mugs on several sites but not the exact one that we had broken and were trying to replace. I was... I ordered a specific item (a tea/coffee mug) after hours of searching the web. I had seen similar mugs on several sites but not the exact one that we had broken and were trying to replace. I was delighted to actually find the mug I wanted, and despite the international shipping costs, I ordered it.
When it arrived yesterday, it was NOT the mug I ordered. It was similar: Same Van Gogh painting, but the museum substituted a different size and shape mug from the one I ordered. The one that arrived was also available from domestic vendors, and had I wanted to get that one, I'd have ordered it locally.
This was a very disappointing experience.

Improvements or suggestions

If an item is no longer available, please do not automatically substitute another, without notifying the customer and giving her the option of cancelling the order.

I suggest changing shipping method: DHL is not very good by any mean. I suggest using UPS instead. I hope my item will be delivered in time...

The employees answered my questions, I believe to the best of their ability. I believe there was a language barrier so some things I didn’t understand, for instance, I asked if the could tell me... I believe there was a language barrier so some things I didn’t understand, for instance, I asked if the could tell me what a certain product cost in American money but I didn’t understand what they were saying or if they tried to explain the exchange in different currency.
But that’s not their fault. It’s difficult to figure out the exchange rate especially when it changes every second of everyday.

Improvements or suggestions

The possibility of teaching employees not just the American exchange rate but all the different countries. Perhaps every employee could have an exchange rate APP on their phone to look up.
