I decided to replace the ornament as a surprise but never imagined it would arrive before the holiday. In fact, it arrived before any of the other purchases I made shipping to and from the U.S! Everything I ordered was packaged with care and arrived safely.

Besides that the delivery is a bit delayed, and the link was not traceable for many days, the goods delivered was damaged. Unacceptable.

It was really great! At 1st I was having problems with the payment method but it wasn't your fault at all you had a customer service rep by the name of Rick who was very quick to help me! I ended up... It was really great! I ended up calling my bank and it was them that had ahold on it! It really was a smooth Transaction considering!

I'm not sure that there's anything that could be improved maybe the understanding of the dollar amount would be better because the price was more then what it said only because the euro is different... I loved my cushion covers, very good quality. No problems ordering what I wanted. The covers were delivered in a short time. Overall a good experience.

Improvements or suggestions

I'm sure they need improving, If they could have more products with The Irises painting on them that would be good. I saw the original at The Getty Musium in Los Angeles.
