I made online book/souvenir purchased, delivery within Amsterdam office will be handled by DHL, if everything goes well with the delivery courier service i probably should had get my delivery in... I made online book/souvenir purchased, delivery within Amsterdam office will be handled by DHL, if everything goes well with the delivery courier service i probably should had get my delivery in 1-2 days. but with so called "force majure" my delivery hasn't arrive after 4 days - up to the day i'm writing this to be honest.
luckily, the company has a great customer service, i hope they will sort my delivery issues as soon as possible.

I love it! Only issue, over priced. And delivery fee. If I am paying €80 I don’t want to pay delivery.

For purchase over 30 Euros, no delivery fee. Also, let me pick a delivery time and date. Douglas does that. Makes it much easier to make sure I am here to receive my expensive purchases.

I ordered the English edition of Masterpieces at the Van Gogh Museum. I visited the museum some years ago but unusually for me I didn't buy the guide book. Nowadays I get regular updates from the Van Gogh Museum and I was happy to order the Masterpieces. The parcel was made of very strong cardboard. The paperback book itself was protected by Bubblewrap. It was completely undamaged despite the journey from Amsterdam to my home in England. It's very rare to receive a completely undamaged book. I am delighted with the book. The reproductions are beautiful, the accompanying text clear and interesting.

I don't think the Van Gogh Museum could improve on their service. It was everything that a service should be. Thank you very much. I look forward to shopping with you again.

While the glassware arrived intact, I noticed the DHL guy all but threw it on my porch (viewed with Ring). Not much you can do about it, just concerned me until i was able to come inspect contents.
