The customer service I received from the Museum Shop was excellent. i was concerned that since a custom print is not returnable, that the colors would look as the original. My husband had ordered a print from another company that arrived with horrible color that was not at all like the original. That was the reason for my concern. The customer service assured me that the prints are made with great care to match the colors.
The print arrived today. This was a birthday present for husband. He was very pleased. The colors are perfect. Thank you for your excellent service and care to provide the best quality.

This is not an improvement for the company. I received what should have been a tracking number from DHL, but was a just a graphic without information. I had no tracking number. I did send an email... I did send an email yesterday since I was concerned. Fortunately, the package was at the door when I arrived home. I would suggest only that DHL improve its communication.

I loved the selection of products on the site. I appreciate the affordable prices! I really enjoy the high quality place mats—I’m so happy I found them! And Shipping was fast!

First time but not good experience. I ordered my wife's birthday present 7 days before. I only received one email from you that once the goods was out for delivery, I would be notified again. But 5... First time but not good experience. I ordered my wife's birthday present 7 days before. I only received one email from you that once the goods was out for delivery, I would be notified again. But 5 days past, heard nothing. Tried calling your customers hotline 5 times during working hours but no answer. Finally I emailed your customers support and got urgent delivery. However we had planned to go away on my wife's birthday, therefore I had to arrange the delivery to be diverted to the hotel we stayed, luckily it was in Alicante. So it's not good at all. Stressful for such easy job.

Answer the phone and speed up your delivery communication.

I cannot express how much I love Van Gogh masterpieces. I excitedly ordered one of my favourite paintings. However, I had very disappointing experience with the delivery company. Hugo de Hoop provided me with the utmost support to receive my package.
