Hola buenas tardes, es la primera ocasión que tengo el gusto de comprar en línea en su tienda; sin embargo, aún no puedo opinar acerca del producto, debido a que aún no me llega; lo anterior, debido... Hola buenas tardes, es la primera ocasión que tengo el gusto de comprar en línea en su tienda; sin embargo, aún no puedo opinar acerca del producto, debido a que aún no me llega; lo anterior, debido a un error de envío ocasionado por proporcionar de su parte un código postal distinto al que proporcione, por lo qué el pedido fue enviado a otra ciudad. Teniendo que re-direccional el pedido al domicilio correcto. Ya no me puse en contacto con ustedes, para aclarar el error que cometieron, porque eso retrasaría aún más la llegada del producto, por lo que considero importante, que se preste más atención para futuros envíos, considerando que si omiten un número dentro del código postal, es enviar el pedido a otra ciudad. Mi código postal es “03300” y al que enviaron el producto fue “3300”, y eso cambió todo.

Al ser un envío internacional, considero que es muy importante de su parte, estar seguros que la dirección que proporcionan a la empresa que se encargará del envío, sea la dirección exacta que se... Al ser un envío internacional, considero que es muy importante de su parte, estar seguros que la dirección que proporcionan a la empresa que se encargará del envío, sea la dirección exacta que se proporcionó cuando se compró el producto, porque no solo se genera un retraso en tiempo, sino que involucra más trámites y más gastos, para redireccionar el pedido. Sin embargo, entiendo que siempre existe la posibilidad de errores, que afortunadamente se pueden solucionar.
