Brilliant to have the option to have lesser known works custom printed and shipped to your home while at the museum. I think if you setup an area where some of these were displayed; say three works... I think if you setup an area where some of these were displayed; say three works in a variety of the options available, you would sell a LOT more of these custom prints. Some people want trinkets from China, but a think a number of patrons of the art would spend the money to have this service. When I was there, the card reader was not working so NOTHING could be ordered, and I only stumbled upon the ability to do this as I perused the shop. This is worthy of it's own boutique like setting; more worthy than the boutique setup adjacent to the shop for scarves and higher priced items; it was totally empty of people when I was there....

Once I got onto the web site by changing my server.I had a great experience. I placed my order and in 3 days it arrived. That’s 3 days from Amsterdam to San Diego! It’s every bit as cute as it was... It’s every bit as cute as it was in the museum a week before. I knew if I bought it while I was there it would be crushed in my suitcase.

I ordered a junior edition of a Van Gogh atlas book for my grandchildren. I needed the book to be in English which the museum had and which is available nowhere else.

I was very impressed with how quickly the book arrived via DHL Express.

Awful experience, will never purchase from them again.

I ordered two items together but they were shipped separately which meant DHL charged me two separate $20 CAD admin fees. Not only...
Awful experience, will never purchase from them again.

I ordered two items together but they were shipped separately which meant DHL charged me two separate $20 CAD admin fees. Not only that but Both items I purchased were submitted at significantly higher values than what I actually paid for them in CAD equivalent which cost me extra duty tax. A €25 ornament was submitted with a value of $105 CAD.

Improvements or suggestions

Don’t split shipments and don’t overvalue the items sent.

I have been waiting for my package since last week, i bought somethings on Tuesday and paid for a express delivery ( 3 business days), but today (October 18, one week later) i have not recived my... I have been waiting for my package since last week, i bought somethings on Tuesday and paid for a express delivery ( 3 business days), but today (October 18, one week later) i have not recived my packet yet. I am still waiting, yesterday i checked the status and the things were in Germany! so, I am still waiting.

Improvements or suggestions

Get a better company for the international delivery or change the time of it. Maybe from 3 business days to 5 or 10 or 15 or the real time, I am still waiting for the product I ordered last week.
