Product didn’t come in any packaging and was slightly damaged in transit.
Site was glitchy however was still able to complete my purchase.

Maybe strenghtening online site so it wouldn't show error 503 would be nice, but I understand, it's mostly due to recent Van Gogh x Pokémon collaboration.
I really enjoyed the variety of gifts and prices. Everything I ordered was beautiful, unique and with good quality. And the shipping was faster than I expected. I will definitely buy again and...

The only thing that was missing was a receipt with the items and prices ordered. I was not able to get it from my account either, only the order number.
