Great! I visited Van Gogh Museum a few years ago and got a Van Gogh tote. One of my daughters wanted it so I gave it to her. I always missed it and was glad to be able to buy me one. I also... Great! I also bought my 3 daughters the new version.

My order was received in a beautiful box and arrived in less than a week from Amsterdam.
I had purchased one pillow cover in the museum shop in May. Beautifully made.

I have no suggestions to improve . I have no complaints. Free shipping would be great but I understand that there is host involved.

I have to say it's really a good experience to communicate with email since the work team of this museum replied really quickly and they also told me when the gift I want to buy would be online. As a fan of Van Gogh I will continue following the update of this museum webshop also will visit the museum in the near future again!

I bought about 50 postcard last time at Van Gogh museum. But the machine could only scan the postcards one by one. Since the price is the same, why cannot the machine could work in the way of... Since the price is the same, why cannot the machine could work in the way of scanning one postcard and then timing the number of total postcards? This is what I cannot understand. If this could be solved then the machine could work better and would also save many times for both of us I believe.

However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. The book was fully enclosed, but the pendant was not. You could actually see the pendant in the opening. It could have easily dropped out. That... That would have been a big disappointment. Thankfully, the pendant was in a plastic see-through box. Packaging needs to be much improved.
