I don't know whether it is your company or DHL, but after sending me a notice that my item was on the way, I got another message saying it had missed its transportation. Then I never got another... I don't know whether it is your company or DHL, but after sending me a notice that my item was on the way, I got another message saying it had missed its transportation. Then I never got another notice until it was here for delivery. This is not a deal breaker, but it was pretty confusing.

Fast delivery and good communication.

The watch I bought is not as good as I anticipated. The design is nice but the material is cheap, and the watch movement looks like a one dollar bargain. It’s clearly overpriced.

Very disappointed. I ordered a Van Gogh print because the print I bought when I was in the museum was in the wrong slot so I thought I was buying one print and instead got another. Then I ordered... Very disappointed. I ordered a Van Gogh print because the print I bought when I was in the museum was in the wrong slot so I thought I was buying one print and instead got another. Then I ordered from the shop the print I wanted all along and when it was delivered it was 1/4 the size of the ones in the museum.

Everything went well. ordering was easy. The only issue was with DHL delivery.

We got conflicting messages from DHL about the anticipated delivery date. We live in a gated community, with a Security Guard Station. We were out of town for a few days. Delivery was supposed to... We got conflicting messages from DHL about the anticipated delivery date. We live in a gated community, with a Security Guard Station. We were out of town for a few days. Delivery was supposed to be on Monday to the Guard Station. We got notice Sunday that the delivery had been made to our front porch. We searched for the package because it was not on the front porch. We found the package in the bushes next to the porch where it had been exposed to a rain storm.

This is a problem with DHL shipping not you. First they said they tried to deliver but I gave them the wrong address. It was the correct address, I have lived here 30 years. Then yesterday they said they couldn’t deliver b/c I wasn’t home. I was home. And I set up a non contact delivery so it didn’t matter if I was at home or not. Now I have to drive to another town 16 miles away to pick up my items that I spent $22 in shipping for!! DHL sucks! It’s not worth the shipping if you have to pick up your items anyway. So I won’t be able to purchase anything from the museum b/c your shipping company has a crappy map app.

Use UPS or some other shipping,,,,US Mail would even be better
