I found the customer service to be exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the process from my item being received, to when it was sent out, to where it was in transit and then... I found the customer service to be exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the process from my item being received, to when it was sent out, to where it was in transit and then delivery. Also, a message from the Director of the Van Gogh Museum. WOW! What a show of appreciation. I will order again from your museum!!

We just received the prints in the mail. They are everything we could have hoped for. The quality, the care in packaging...we are very impressed.

When we were in the museum store there was a kiosk where you could order the prints you wanted, but it was not working.

My fault, the gift site photo showed 2 books, one in English and 1 in Dutch. I presumed that’s how it came. A family member of mine speaks Dutch, so that’ll be her Mother’s Day gift from me to her,... My fault, the gift site photo showed 2 books, one in English and 1 in Dutch. I presumed that’s how it came. A family member of mine speaks Dutch, so that’ll be her Mother’s Day gift from me to her, she will be thrilled to read it in Dutch!. The English was for me. But, it arrived
and of course only 1 book was inside. I must live and learn. ( I’m 70 so no worries, I have a lot of time to learn- ha)

Make it so I had a box to check both English and Dutch, since that’s what I wanted. Also, writing my address became difficult. It kept rearranging the numbers on my address. Eventually I found... I live in the UK and before ordering I emailed to find out how much tax etc would be on delivery. The person that emailed me back was really helpful.
