I received my Van Gogh Apple Blossom Bear on time and it is beautiful. However now my Van Gogh Sunflower Bear is delayed due to a “bad address.” I have contacted the Van Gogh Museum and the shipper... Trying to get my delayed package to come through. Have to wait until the next business day to reach them or get a response. This is a three day weekend so I wish I could connect sooner.

It was easy to imagine what I would be getting, and was easy to order. Communication was consistent throughout the process so I knew that my order was being worked on. My only tiny complaint would... It was easy to imagine what I would be getting, and was easy to order. Communication was consistent throughout the process so I knew that my order was being worked on. My only tiny complaint would be that during shipping it must have been bumped or squashed, as the piece came with a slight wearing/depression around one canvas corner. It was very well packaged for shipping, so I don't know how this can be changed.

Make the system more user-friendly for foreign customers. My bank didn’t recognize the vendor as an online store, so my payment was initially declined. I formatted my mailing address in the proper... I formatted my mailing address in the proper manner for US delivery, and it was reformatted when shipped, so I had to call DHL to change the address.
