Right after the order was made, I updated the shipping address, which was omitted from the order information, and DHL sent me the confirmation email with the correct shipping address. However, for... However, for some reason, the update was not made known to the shipping & delivery crew, and the package was ended up delivered to the billing address, not the shipping address.

I have bought three Van Gogh painting reproductions from the Van Gogh Museum. The website gives you different options to choose type of frame, size and format of print, etc. They are all beautiful... The website gives you different options to choose type of frame, size and format of print, etc. They are all beautiful and arrived very quickly. Shipping alerts from DHL were very helpful in letting us know when the paintings would be delivered.

I wanted some officially licensed Van Gogh items that were different from all the ones I was finding online. I selected several that I hadn't seen elsewhere and placed my order. As I am in the US... I wanted some officially licensed Van Gogh items that were different from all the ones I was finding online. I selected several that I hadn't seen elsewhere and placed my order. As I am in the US and the museum is in Amsterdam, I expected it would take a couple weeks at least before my order arrived, but as long as it was here by Christmas, everything would be fine. I was surprised when my order arrived only four days later! And in an attractive Van Gogh-patterned shipping box as well!
