I was very pleased with the service and quality of my chosen wallpaper. I was a bit concerned when after eight days I had not received a dispatch notification. I emailed the support team (on a Sunday) and I got a response nearly straight away, explaining there was a delay with the supplier. This helped to put my mind at ease. The customer support received was great.

YOUR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT WAS RUDE AND... YOU MUST PUT DISCLAIMERS ON YOUR WEBSITE INDICATING IMPORT TAXES NEED PAID BY CUSTOMER & THAT YOUR NOT BASED IN THE UK. WITHOUT THIS, YOU ARE DECEIVING PEOPLE. YOUR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL & CLAIMING DELIVERY IS FREE IS DISHONEST. Lovely wallpaper but not a UK based company; I had to pay two lots of custom charges amounting to £84!! Can’t justify using them again...no where in the transaction did it advise me this would be... DHL (shipping company) sent out confusing updates using terminology that was not clear. Seemed designed not for the customer but rather for others along the supply chain. Only realised after purchase that this is not a UK website and therefore liable for VAT charges (no issues) and extortionate charges by Parcelforce to collect the tax. Several emails to the company... Be aware this is an EU website even though it's titled '. Co. Uk' Only made aware of location when order placed and confirmed. Paid in UKP but spotted zero tax and company ignored all clarifcation...
