I need help! Upon attempting to place my order on 6-17-19, I repeatedly experienced denial. I called Chase Bank and their Fraud Center wanted to confirm it was me authorizing the order and the... I need help! Upon attempting to place my order on 6-17-19, I repeatedly experienced denial. I called Chase Bank and their Fraud Center wanted to confirm it was me authorizing the order and the bank further said my
account needed updating for such use. As the bank representative walked me through the update and actually confirming my order was processed, I now find I was charged for 2 orders, when I only wanted 1 order for 2 rolls, not 4!! I am only papering the top portion of a 5 ft by 5 ft room. I contacted the bank and they recommended I contact you, as well.

Services was good, delivery on time although the shipping cost was quite expensive compare to other companies I order from but I am ok to pay extra to get it on time.

However, I spoke to Andre, and agreed that he will not put the invoice on the wall paper as he advised he cant do that hence we agreed that he will put the amount of 50 euro as an amount which is less than the actual amount so custom doesnt delay it. He forgot to do that and due to this error not only it was delayed but also I had to pay 90 euros extra on top which was very disappointing. I understand what I asked is not normal but if you agreed to do it than you should have done.

I will not be ordering again as this was for my client I am an interior designer in Dubai and this effects the business for me.

A bit worrying until paper arrived! I did not receive any notification my paper had been sent. The web said 3-4 days but it took much more than that with no communication. The web said 3-4 days but it took much more than that with no communication. I sent several emails and no one replied to them. I thought I had been scammed and wrote my money off.....then the paper just turned up! I have told others about the webstore but do have to tell them it may be a difficult shopping experience but the paper cost makes it worth it. Experience = worrying. Result= pleased.
