Good quality but cost of order confusing and misleading. Separation of VAT, very high shipping cost, no 10% discount for first order and no free shipping over €100 made it far more expensive than anticipated.

Horrible tbh. I like the products in theory bc you don't need to wash that often which fits with the vanlife way which would be awesome.... but the wool silk needs to be washed every day to retain its form or you have to buy it one size smaller. But they don't mention this with the products so how would you know. We took it up with customer service were they said that we could sell it at etsy and buy a smaller one because they hadn't heard about it from other reviews... which seems fair enough until they told us to just wash it more.... see were I'm getting fill circle here. In the end on an order of 160 euros they offered 15 euro back (and some socks that had disintegrated within a month) which amount to a slap in the face ... so there my review
