Excellent, fast, friendly and responsable, there is only one thing, that i struggle with: you always wrap things in this beautiful paper, that I just have to throw away, beacuse it is stickered and... The package arrived fast in my country and in perfect condition.

My experience was very good. The purchased items were of excellent quality, arrived very quickly and excellently packed. There was a technical hickup with the credit card payment, my card was not... However the customer service responded immediately, an alternative was found with Paypal and Ziloen refunded the small difference in the payment fee. Overall, I am very happy with Ziloen and will buy from the again.
