I needed to convert a US DVD player to play my large collection of UK PAL discs. I read the product details and reviews on the JVB website and was impressed., so ordered the region free chip for my player.
My experience now is twofold: disappointment and frustration.
The chip does not appear work after professional installation.
I have been trying to get a response from JVB for ten days but they have not responded to my e-mails or telephone calls, which go straight to voice mail.
I am hoping that, when they do get in touch, there will be a simple fix that they can give me over the phone.
In the meantime, I cannot recommend the product or the service.

Make the product work first time, and respond promptly to customers if it doesn't.

We have been mailing with the customer within 2 hours after we received the first question,
because of the weekend the second email took 2 days before we where able to answer.
Unfortunately the customer never found the answer , because was not reading emails send to the adress where we replied to.
The problem was easy to solve , and we look foreward on our customers
update of the review at the feedback company to give a more realistic look on his order and after sales support with JVB Digital
