The training was good. A lot of information was quite familiar to me however the discussions and practice in the training made the effort worth it. It would however be better if there is more time in between the training sessions (this was 4 weeks in a row virtually) so you have a bit more time to work with the content. Also I would suggest the training time from 9 - 12.30 instead of 9.30 - 13.00
