The trainer was very good and emphatic, sharing valuable insights and allowing time for practicing.
I like the way the teacher gave the session, he could transmit the information in a way it stuck after the course was finished. We practised the theory in every session, the group was small and interacted perfectly. To follow the course in that way it was easy, enjoyfull and in my case I learnt a lot and use it daily in my work.
I have been enjoying the training: nice atmosphere and I felt that I could express myself with my peers. The teacher proposed interesting experiences to improve at influencing.
My overall impression is that the training did not benefit me significantly. Some methodologies, such as LSD, assisted me in becoming a more active listener and communicator. However, for me, the emphasis was too much on highlighting when communication is not working well, or why communication is not working well, rather than taking action to improve it. I had expected a more structured programme in a one-day training course, better training in communication style, and a number of practical personal tips on how to improve this. I feel that we spent the entire morning on personal introductions, after which we mainly focused on understanding what makes communication difficult in the afternoon, with only a few explanations about what could be done better.
Overall, very positive experience during the course. We covered all topics that I expected and even some more that I found interesting (e.g. storytelling, negotiation).

Nice group and I learned a lot from experience sharing and learning from eachothers cases. Theory in the book was good, I hoped for more theory and good practice sharing during the training days.

I had a really nice training, specially because of our trainer Hans. He has great experience in the working field and makes the training sessions fun.
Well paced, lots of space to practice, safe environment, good level of content, great experienced and knowledgeable teacher.
Very interesting learnings, a lot that I will be able to put into practice. The virtual aspect was sometimes a bit tricky but all in all went fine.
It was quite interactive training. However, the duration needs to be extended I would say because the time was less to work on all the theory we learned. The quality of the training was generally good but it would be great to have 3 or 4 days of training instead of 2 days of training.
Too theoritical not dynamic enough it wasnt a training the title was misleading
