group size was good to get to know each other and not too small. Trainer explained clearly and made it personal with a lot of examples
It was quite close to what I expected and I was happy because 90% of my training objectives were addressed. I liked the group and the discussions we had, I think I will try to stay in touch with my buddy to keep motivating each other.
For me it was very insightful. Group exercises also helped me hear other ideas and tips.
- an overall satisfactory / well trained course - stimulating and facilitating group interaction is great, albeit i suggest to provide a bit more theory
My overall experience with the training was very positive. I found it engaging and practical, with a good balance between theory and interactive activities.

Really interesting, insightful. It makes you re-thinking about behaviours (which skill types) others apply in daily work situations, to recognize them, as well as you.
The Leading without Power training combines a lot of useful aspects of leadership. They are brought together in a clear two-day training that allows you to develop what you would like to work on.
it was fine, although I did not receive my material on my house on time. I asked two weeks before the course the material in my new address but it came when the course has already finished
Very practical, giving insights into my behaviour/skills and ways how to improve it.
The two training days were great, very relaxed and still very insightful. Mgmt of expectations during the days was also quite good. Lunch was good as well. The only disappointing thing was the online environment, which was not functioning 100% properly. As a result, some things that I had filled, such as learning goals, disappeared the day after... Also I was not able to get them signed off online.
The course was better than expected. Very practical and useful.
My overall experience was very positive, I did like the training center. I also think the e-learning part was very informative. However, I must say the on-line part of this course is quite long and demands a lot of time.
The experience was very insightful. Also got to interact with people from different industries. I liked how Reinwout made the training seem more like a brainstorming session than a session with tutor and his pupils.
