I had a very pleasant experience. I think Reinwout was a great instructor and made the group feel warm and open to discussing and keeping the conversations going. I liked that he allowed us to challenge him and some of the theory-based ideas. Sometimes a negotiation is nice in theory but in the real-life work environment, it is very different. Reinwout allowed us to disucss real-world scenarios that we have experienced and bring the theory ideas to those situations. That made this training less fluffy and more real-world which I liked. Everyone came from very professional backgrounds and felt open to discuss their work situations to get the most value out of this course which I liked as well.
