A great training to brush up your soft stills!
The course was a great combination of theory which was provided online and during the training we can put the theory into practice.
Very well applicable in real life situation. Very nice people involved because of the English setting. Lots of international stories what makes it very interesting..
Satisfactory, as expected. I enjoyed the practical examples and the style of the facilitator.

I enjoyed the way you (Rini) setup the course, creating a trusting group of 'strangers' for this 2-day course, free to experiment with behavior. The content of the course helped to understand the background to any negotiation.
- well structured and trained course - too large group. i'd have appreciated half the number of participants
Generally, it was not very useful, neither enjoyable. There were a few good points that I am taking away, but I did not appreciate the attitude of the trainer, neither the extremely static nature of the course.
The training is excellent.
Very insightfull and impactfull training. In just 2 days you have the basis to start coaching
We did a lot of practice in which we received feedback so we were able to adjust. We also learned watching other practitioners presenting and giving them feedback
Very insightful course, with practical tips and guidance on how to coach.
It was a very useful coach with a very balanced mix between presentations and practicing / interactive sessions.
The training was good. also the booklet was an add value of the training.
