I worked with Bas van de Wetering and Jan van den Belt on an issue I had with a Vanity103 HD card in my Oppo BDP-103D where I was getting horrible hiss/white noise when attempting SACD playback. Though the board was technically outside the warranty period and I was not the original purchaser, the team agreed to test the player and board for me. It turned out that the Vanity board had an electrical defect, and the team replaced the board with a new one and shipped it back to me.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the company. I was honestly not expecting to be given such great customer service given that I purchased the modified player on the used market from the original purchaser. JVB even paid for shipping of the modified player back to me after the board repair was complete!

Prima. Bestelproces ging soepel en de bestelling werd snel geleverd. Product beviel echter niet zoals gehoopt en heb ervoor gekozen deze retour te sturen. Product beviel echter niet zoals gehoopt en heb ervoor gekozen deze retour te sturen. De retourprocedure is niet te vinden op de website, ook niet in het 'mijn account' gedeelte. Maar na contact via de email een retouradres gekregen en dat was prima. Bedrag werd ook snel weer retour gestort. Al met al prima tevreden en zal zeker nog een keer iets bestellen bij JVB Digital.

Only one suggestion: when you people sell a 220-240V please make sure that the switch comes already turned to this option. Mostly customers are unattentive and lack technical background. Most of... Most of them will connect the item directly to the plug, without paying attention to the jurassic swich. Then a disaster will follow, which could have been avoided, had the company taken this simple step before delivery.

- Maybe a second hands corner on website. In my case my BD player from 4 years ago was so good, i sold it on another website, person is very happy and device is in perfect state. Reason why i sold it, because i wanted to use features of newer model of that player.
