I like the product ...but the customer service is not responsive ...I have tried to make a purchase and spend about 40 minutes because I could not retrieve my password ...it should be an easy thing... To reset my password but none ...so I had to a second email address to complete the purchase .,,it was very frustrating

In de sale heb ik online 3 paar schoenen besteld. De dag erna ben ik gebeld dat één van de modellen niet meer in mijn maat leverbaar is. Ze zitten in Rotterdam en ben daarom even naar de winkel... Ze zitten in Rotterdam en ben daarom even naar de winkel gegaan om te zien welke modellen nog beschikbaar zijn. De medewerker van het telefoontje heeft me keurig geholpen en was uiterst gastvrij met oog voor de klant. Wat modellen gepast en uiteindelijk goed geslaagd met mooie aanwinsten voor mijn collectie.

Prima service, mooie schoenen, jammer dat je het niet kosteloos kan terugsturen naar een antwoordnummer. Sympathiek hoe er wordt gereageerd per mail op retourzending. Op bedrag snel teruggeboekt.

Wat een prettig bedrijf is dit! Snel te woord gestaan, Erg Enthousiast team . Was erg blij en de cadeau bon kon ook een ander bedrag dan de standard bedrag. Zeker een aanrader!
