- I get my emails in Dutch and I can't view any of my emails with my smart phone. Meaning I can not make a purchase with my smart phone unless I get myself to a computer. This usually takes some time and then I forget about what I'm doing. Could you consider sending the emails that head to the US market in English please?

Great shoes and bad website. Trying to sort for size causes shoes that don't fit to become greyed slightly in grid. Hard to see, hard to use. Removing from basket is also weird and not intuitive. I was going to get more shoes but they disappeared from cart and then I could not find them on site. Weird. I would get the website working properly. You have already lost sales from me.

I can not believe the shoe options this company has! For being established in the Netherlands, the turnaround and shipping time is surprisingly quick. If there is an issue on their end, they immediately follow through with an email. I like this! I have nothing negative to say.

- I really like that you can check to see if your shoe size is available immediately through the website. Nothing worse than ordering a shoe from other places and finding out after you've sent payment that your size is no longer available. Being able to filter select using a multitude of options is also great.

- Nothing from me. Keep up the good work! Might want to translate Eindoordeel on your survey questions. Does it mean Final Assessment?

Bought 2 shirts ! a year ago and 1 right now. Hav had good communication both times with trier friendly staff. Came across Mascolori in American Express newsletter.

- Yes ! What I just experienced when buying for the second time is that tracking is not possible until the parcel reaches its destination country at the DHL terminal. The first Transporter B2C c/o Scan Global Log. does not provide tracking so the only thing you can see on DHL site is that information about a shipment has been given to DHL but no parcel. so this raises the question Why don't Mascolori send my Parcel.
