Very nice, and well organized. training really pending on the teacher of that day, and how he/she plans the day. For the group and our tasks / objectives she create a matching program to meet all aspects, this was good.

The two course days were very useful and contained many take-homes that I keep growing with. The digital environment for the homework and materials was, however, suboptimal and a barrier for everyone in the class to fully enjoy the training's potential.
I have got good knowledge of Project Management . The contents of the training was perfect based on 2 days of training
My general experience was ok. It was a nice group to work with and a knowledgeable trainer. However, the training also went a bit all over the place and was not very structured. It was hard to do the assignments in an online group.
I was initially enthusiastic about the course, eager to learn practical tips and tricks for effective communication. My preference is for a "show, not tell" approach, and while I did gain some insights during the training, it ultimately did not meet my expectations. The "freestyle" segments were not ideal, as I believe that communication skills are best developed through practice with clear examples and being structured. I recognize that communication is a broad topic that is difficult to fully address in a one-day course. However, with effective communication skills, it should be possible to adapt and maximize the value of a single day. The training primarily focused on one-on-one conversations, particularly with managers, whereas communication encompasses a wider range of interactions. It is important to remember that this is a communication course, not a therapy session aimed at resolving attendees' specific communication issues. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The facilities and the number of participants were well-balanced, neither too crowded nor too sparse. The coach was engaging and had a distinctive style.
The contents of this course was good. I enjoyed the interactive sessions, and the coach was knowledgeable.
It was a good introduction in to influencing skills. both theory and practical aspects where highlighted
The training course was a valuable investment in my personal and professional growth, providing a comprehensive and structured approach to learning the subject matter.

The course was a great combination of theory which was provided online and during the training we can put the theory into practice.
Very well applicable in real life situation. Very nice people involved because of the English setting. Lots of international stories what makes it very interesting..
The communication of trainer with trainees was good. She ensured inclusiveness and interactivity. Location was also nice, close to station, clean.
