For the content of the course i think 4 days was excessive i would have liked more practicing and more theory or key tips

I honestly loved it. It satisfied all my expectations. The way Angela adjusted and handled all of our personalities and needs was amazing. I really appreciated the way she treated me personally.

Interesting and useful training to apply in professional and personal context! Very good to the in a class with other colleagues with other backgrounds and experiences.
I feel the money my employer spend on the course is quite sadly wasted.

I walk away from this course with basic take aways and shallow general knowledge on effective communication we've learned at a much earlier state in our career. At times the instructor had some interesting information regarding communication, but these brief moments were far too few for the 2 days of course.
The most meaningfull result from this course was that you're more focused on your way of communicating because you want to achieve your learning goals. The input from the course for the specific and personal learning goal of me however was almost nil.

We instantly boned with the other members and were able to express ourselves in a safe space. Trainer was giving us great examples from real life which helped put everything in perspective.
