The training was good, the trainer excellent. My only two negatives is that not all messages (response to assignment and messages from SN) got emailed. Ik ben niet tevreden over de training. Het voelt meer als een intervisie dan als een training. Vooral geleerd door met elkaar te sparren ipv door het opdoen van nieuwe kennis. I found this training really insightful and it helped in providing me the tools to become more assertive. Overall I enjoyed the group with whom I did the training with. The instructor of the course was really knowledgeable and I learnt a lot from her. I wish that the course could have more face to face workshops in future.
