I ordered a cracker and got the wrong color so I sent it back. the customer support insists that they had transferred the refund money a month ago but I still do not see it in my bank account (not that I don't trust them, maybe it's the bank's fault, but I don't have the money). Meanwhile I ordered another cracker on aliexpress for like three bucks and got the right color first try (which is what I should have done in the first place and you should too). all in all I wasted over 30 euros for nothing. the customer service is really good tho.
