We purchased over a dozen items from him, and all of them were beautiful. The items were shipped to Greece - not always an easy task - and they arrived within a matter of days, much to my surprise. We had to return a couple of items (because we had measured wrong) and the returns were handled very easily, with a full refund. All of Charles Nijman's communications were polite, professional and quick. Our experience was excellent in every way.
