The disappointment I think was entirely my fault, not the company's: I ordered in haste, and though I suspect the details did include details of size, I didn't register them. As a result, the tongs... The disappointment I think was entirely my fault, not the company's: I ordered in haste, and though I suspect the details did include details of size, I didn't register them. As a result, the tongs I ordered weren't really what I wanted, which were tongs large enough to use for a real fire. They are however every bit as attractive as they looked when ordering, and have been appreciated as decorative tongs.

I am really impressed with this company. Coming from the Netherlands the fire guard arrived quicker than from British sites. It was just what we wanted well packaged and really great service.

It is beautiful and we love it. There were no surprises--the fireback was as pictured and no defects. When my credit card failed because of the overseas transaction I was called directly and he helped me fix the problem. I am very impressed by service and product!
