Hey 24high team, I have never received my parcel.... I'm still waiting to get it. It says it is at the GLS parcelshop near my place but I went there and they said they don't have the parcel... could you please help me here ? I have all the info (tracking number, email, etc.) to follow the parcel but it seems no one has it...
