I had technical problems with purchasing good. I've made a payment via Bitkassa, and the money were out of my account, but for a strange reason, they did not appear in 24high's account. This happened two times, which caused a lot of irritation and frustration. Luckily for me, i was in contact with a very kind and helpful customer support called Christine, which did all she can to help me recover, my otherwise mystically disappeared Bitcoins. She also compensated me for the inconveniences i had to experience, and the payment fees for the two unsuccessful purchases i made. She turned a bad experience into a good one!
