I’ve looked at different companies, and decided to go with this one …. It took longer to deliver from the same place ( 6days including a weekend ) , the other company 4 days ( including the weekend ) .
When the product arrived , one pack was damaged , Punctuated, therefore no good , especially after 6 day travel and no fridge . I contacted customer services and the were prompt in the reply. Offered me a voucher for the price of the truffle , which is great , however I asked for a replacement to be sent ( as it’s 14.50 for delivery which I don’t believe I should pay .
I will update this review accordingly.
