I contacted the company when my first package had failed to be delivered. Once 24high got back to me they were very productive in trying to resolve the issue, looking into the package and what had happened and as this couldn't be resolved they've sent out another package free of charge. I expected as much as having dealt with 24high before they are very good at making sure they fulfill their orders. Thanks again lads
