The complete service offered was excellent. A BB&L member of staff met us at the airport, took us to the car which was parked outside the main doors, quickly sorted out the paperwork and set us on our way in a lovely, clean comfortable car. The car was great value for money and there was no hidden extras which was a first for us. Highly recommend this company to everyone. Well done and many thanks to all at BB&L
