Worst experience ever.
I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment, whilst they cannot provide me with the right documents that state that I indeed owe them money. They charged my credit card, without my permission, whilst their policy mentions that they will only do this after your permission.
I have been emailing them abput this issue for the past 2 weeks, but I get 0 response.
Would not recommend this company, as their emergency service during the rental period also fully lacked.
